GRP hydrochloric acid Fan Structures:

Structures of the FRP FAN including the working part,the transmission part,the support part,the seal part and the frequency conversion control part.

1.The working part including the impeller,the shell ,the inlet and the outlet,all materials are chosen meticulously to resist to HF,HNO3,HNO2,HCL,CL2,and P2O5 and other kinds of corrosive gas,the highest use temperature is up to 150℃.

The impeller blades have improved bend forward leaf type,the shape is after the dynamic and static balance correction,operated smoothly and no vibration;the shell for volute type,high mechanical strength and bright appearance,the inlet and outlet for streamlined type,high mechanical strength and bright appearance.

2.The transmission part including the spindle,the bearing box,the bearings,the coupling and the motor are all adopt domestic well-known brand products.

3.The support part including the stent and the damper,use high quality steel well welded in a special platform,external use epoxy asphalt paints anti-corrosive processing,the structure is firm enough and the appearance is article.

4.The sealing parts is according to the actual situations of the users to select such as mechanical seal,vacuum type sealing,labyrinth seal,double end face sealing and other more than 10 kinds of different seals processing equipment.

5.The frequency conversion control part is to achieve the fan opening automatically leakage protection devices when the motor running the critical state,and avoid the impeller causing structural damage because of high pressure in system.

Fiberglass Fan Installation and maintenance Installation:

Pre-installation:the whole inspection should be carried out,such as mechanical integrity,the impeller and the rotation direction of the case are consistent,the connections are tighten,no major mechanical damage,the transmission group is flexible.

Installation:check the fan inside to make sure no tools and no debris left, some joint should be coated with a layer of grease or engine oil to prevent rust and reduce the difficulties of removal.Connections between the fan and the ground surface,inlet,outlet should be natural without any distortion,make sure that none pressure on any part of the fan and keep it always in a horizontal position state.

FRP Fan Maintenance:

Clean the dust regularly.

Tighten all the connections.

Add the engine oil into the bearing box in time to make sure the level reaches the half of the endoscopic at least.

Check the temperature of the engine,the temperature of the motor surface is no more than 80℃,the temperature of the bearing is no more than 95℃.

Surveillance the sound of the fan and the motor.
